The mission involved coaching the founder and six managing partners to:
- Build a growth plan
- Develop leadership skills among managing partners (time management, etc.)
- Restructure the organization
- Design and expand a regional affiliate network
- Communicate effectively about growth
- Challenge the execution of the growth plan
- Optimize the commercial function (KPIs, sales toolkit, etc.)
- Conduct group coaching sessions on time management and leadership
- Develop new business branches
- Expand internationally
Overall, over a 7-year coaching engagement, the coach’s role was to challenge the leaders to think bigger and not play it safe.
