VISCONTI Partners and the central team make up a collective that is experienced, professional and friendly.
The Visconti Partners collective share many key moments: monthly meetings, work groups and seminars punctuate the exchanges between partners and reinforce group cohesion.
Each partner practices their activity freely under the benevolent and yet purposely confrontational peer supervision. They can, at any moment, ask the collective of other partners for a specific expertise or to rally the network.
What makes the originality and value of the Visconti collective is that it is exclusively composed of former business leaders or entrepreneurs. Together they develop methodologies and tools to coach executives and their teams.
The VISCONTI Academy offers an initial training over a 2 month period, followed by monthly Team Days and two annual seminars that bring together all the partners. These events foster exchanges and the development of new methods.
