Initial Training

Training programs

The partners that join the VISCONTI collective follow an initial 22 day training session spread out over two months.

The trainers of the internal VISCONTI school are both experienced partners and people from outside VISCONTI.

This training addresses the three following dimensions:

Executive coaching techniques
The role of the executive
Developing a marketing plan to launch an executive coaching business

The initial training includes 50 % theory (individual work, group work, and reference book reading) and 50 % practical cases (role play and simulations).

Our initial training program

Our initial training program is designed to give you the solid foundations necessary to succeed as an executive coach.

It is articulated in four modules for a total of 22 days of in-depth training.

Our collective
Module 1: Be a part of VISCONTI Partners collective

You will discover our culture, our values and collaborative approach.

Module 2: Transitioning from former executive to an executive coach

This module will allow you to transition from business leader to executive coach.

You will develop your executive coach posture by learning techniques of communication, the art of pitching, emotional intelligence and personal marketing.

Module 3: The leader’s galaxy

In this module we explore the leader’s « galaxy » in-depth.

You will learn the fundamental coaching methods as well as all the service offers and possible types of coaching .

You will learn concepts linked to governance, consulting tools and the different facettes of executive coaching.

Module 4: Taking office

This last module will prepare you to fully take on your function as an executive coach.

You will learn about practical aspects such as project management, structuring coaching sessions and collaborating with your clients.

You will be ready to start your career as a full member of VISCONTI Partners.

The Collective’s strength

Joining VISCONTI Partners means being a part of a collective force.
We organize a monthly Teamday as well as two offsite seminars per year. 

The partner is supported all along their life in the collective by an internal coach (C2), continued training, simulation clubs, "Cafes du Commerce" and "smart dating" events to help reinforce the coach’s success.
