2009 was a turning point in Hubert Reynier’s career. As Greenwich closed its doors, he became CEO at Croissance +.
He encountered leaders from diverse industries facing similar challenges. One truth emerged: leaders are not born, they are made.
Symbolically, it's a coach who will guide him along his path. Drawing on his experience, Hubert Reynier wanted to help leaders become experts in their field.
He therefore launched the executive coaching business.
VISCONTI was founded in 2010.
But being a pioneer in a nascent market is not easy.
For five years, successes and failures
intertwined.
The demand for executive coaching was low initially, as market awareness took time to build.
Demand for executive coaching was low because market evangelization was slow
Between 2016 and 2020, the executive coaching market took off.
During this period, VISCONTI solidified its leadership as market recognition
grew.
The VISCONTI culture and the values of Pleasure, Audacity and Sharing are the cement of the collective. They are an integral part of the methods of supporting leaders.
In 2018, the “Executive Committee Coaching”program was introduced.
In 2020, the “Board of Directors Coaching” program was launched.
VISCONTI goes from strength to strength.
VISCONTI solidifies its position as a European leader. The company has expanded its seminar offerings, launched the "VISCONTI Talks" podcast series, and further developed its partner network and internal academy.
A growing impact reflected in compelling numbers: a collective of 42 executive coaches, more than 300 managers supported every year and a full range of 400 tools and methods.
Revolutionary, transgressive and the architect of a great project, the company fully honors the illustrious Visconti family whose name it shares.
Leaders are not born, they are made!
There are leaders at heart, but they're not necessarily the best managers.
With this in mind, I decided to get involved in executive coaching. My driving force: to make leaders better at their job, while increasing the value of their company.
I have seen business leaders lost in the complexities of
management, sometimes blinded by the magnitude of their responsibilities. I'm a firm believer in the need for leaders to continually learn.
This is how VISCONTI was born in 2010. Our approach is based on peer-to-peer coaching. Who better than an executive to guide another executive?
Our partner coaches, with over 15 years' experience in executive positions, will be delighted to help you unleash your potential.
Three values represent both the soul of VISCONTI and our way of supporting leaders.
We regularly draw on these values to define our strategy, arbitrate decisions or co-opt new coaches and collaborators.
Nourishing ourselves with the diversity of encounters and situations gives us confidence, desire and energy. Continuous learning allows us to enrich each other, and nothing beats the joy of a sincere smile and a simple thank you.
Having the courage to speak the truth, to dare to step out of one's comfort zone and think outside the box, helps to overcome mental barriers. Sometimes we have to unlearn in order to relearn, with the ultimate aim of striving for excellence.
By listening with humility and confronting with benevolence, we can exchange and transmit with generosity. By sharing our convictions, our failures and our successes, we can pool our talents and opportunities for the benefit of all.
As experienced and passionate sparring partners, we break the solitude of leaders by sharing our know-how.
We co-create bold answers to help your talents grow.
We are a collective of around 40 CEO's who listen to the needs of current CEO's.
As experienced and passionate sparring partners, we support CEO's by sharing ideas and know-how to break their isolation and accelerate value creation.
A leader's success depends first and foremost on what he/she is: motivations, leadership, managerial practices, decision-making style.
We co-create bold solutions to help you grow your
talents.
Instead of Powerpoint presentations, we always prefer face-to-face meetings and flipcharts.
We listen in a friendly, confrontational way.
We are constantly obliged to unlearn and relearn in order to keep pace with the changes in the management profession.
Our ambition is to break down the mental barriers of leaders, to remove their inconsistencies and help them think more broadly.
By challenging thoughts and decisions, we encourage the leader to aim higher and further, for the team and the company.
VISCONTI Partners' business model ensures that our experience as leaders and our ethics guarantee our freedom and independence in our role as sparring partner.
They protect us from any conflict of interest: we report only to the leaders we support.
Executives have limited time. We go the extra mile to adapt to their constraints, urgencies, and challenges.
As a leader’s sparring partner, we naturally provide long-term support.
The challenges facing companies and society are constantly evolving.
