  • GANDALF

— Define medium and long term trajectories

— Hanging up on the reality of the short term

— Reconcile and react

  • CATI

CATI aims to transform the CEO from Chief Executive Officer to Chief Engagement Officer. It provides managers with a method that allows them to take and keep the reins of the transformation of the entire company.

It is a virtuous spiral, from the manager to his teams, which constantly activates 4 engines (CATI): Understand, Learn, Transform, Continuous Innovation.

  • GROW

The aim of GROW is to have the session objective defined by the coachee. This with 4 questions:

— G: What do you want?

— A: What is going on?

— O: What can you do?

— W: What are you going to do?

  • 4DX

The “4 disciplines of strategy execution” (4DX) method is a strategic process for achieving high priority objectives (OHP).

— The first discipline teaches how to set a goal using a precise and measurable calendar

— The 2nd discipline identifies activities that offer the maximum leverage effect to reach your OHP.

— The 3rd discipline requires the establishment of accurate dashboards, which illustrate the performance of team members.

— The 4th discipline instills accountability through weekly meetings.

4DX principles can also help you with your personal goals.

Team coaching
