Forty years ago, Jérôme Mandin joined the French Navy, driven by a thirst for adventure and excellence.
Very quickly, he specialized in marine commandos, a demanding universe where performance and resilience are essential.
After twenty years of missions, he embarked on a new entrepreneurial adventure and founded Pegasus Leadership, with former comrades sharing the same beliefs.
