Our ambition is to become a global leader. We are also committed to creating a united and eco-responsible company.
GLR: From 2012 to 2014 we experienced a period of hypergrowth. During this period we did not put in place the organization and the foundations necessary for the sustainability of our activity.
Due to unanticipated external factors, we suffered a significant loss of customers and revenue. And while we were going through a period of recession, we made the choice to work with VISCONTI to regain strong growth and to project ourselves on a stronger organization.
GLR: You supported us in setting up the fundamentals: strategy, management committee, commercial policy, HR policy, roadmap by business line.
We quickly understood that these bases would be the pillars of our future development.
The work carried out on the management of our corporate agendas and more generally on the management of our time has spread throughout our team.
Your experience for our international development has been very beneficial to us.
HR: What good! Awareness of the difficulty and necessity of evolving the agency business model towards a mixed Saas + agency model. Taking into account a desire for rapid growth, the evolution of the motivations of the co-founders and international deployment. The fact that Trackad has a self-financed development is also a good challenge: you have to be even more creative and careful at the same time.
I am happy and proud to support the TrackAd team (and in particular the three co-founders), which beyond being friendly, humble and solid, has a unique opportunity to go from challenger to leader in Europe, starting with France.
GLR: To have faith. To be inhabited by the profound conviction that he is capable of succeeding. This implies that if this is not the case, it is useless to insist, at least with this project.
I really like the parallel that VISCONTI draws between an executive coach and a top level sports coach. An athlete who believes in his potential and who is challenged by his coach will know how to transcend himself to reach a high level of performance. So I will give him 2 tips:
