Transformation projects within companies are often a source of frustration when they are not perceived as half-failures by all their actors and sponsors.

Stimulate your ability to adapt

Too much ambition, too little ambition? Declarations of intentions and beautiful presentations without results? Misunderstood vision or not adapted to the operational context? Lack of buy-in and/or the ability of teams to lead change? It's often just a few of these reasons...

Humans at the heart of transformation

Our conviction, forged over the course of our experiences, is that people remain the essential factor in accelerating or blocking transformation within companies.

While strategic thinking and redesigning organizations are fundamental, only men and women can develop this fundamental capacity to adapt to changing challenges and contexts.

The pillars of the Management Committee

The cornerstone is the Management Committee. It's all based on:

  • Its ability to visualize the road map and translate it into unifying projects, with legible and visible effects for all.
  • His concern for execution, that is to say his obsession with evidence more than with means and plans of action.
  • Its exemplarity in the evolution of behavioral markers in terms of daily management. Change is often the result of a succession of a few daily behaviors and activities that must be recognized quickly in order to make them evolve day by day.
  • Its ability to implement a “test and learn” culture, that is to say to change its decision-making and risk acceptance practices with greater accountability.

Leader and the management team, drivers of change

Rethinking the driving mode

While transformation seems obvious to many, its implementation still too often comes up against a vision and a management method that keeps looking in the rearview mirror.

We are therefore committed to supporting the managers and managers of Executive Committees and Management Committees so that they are the ones who will inoculate the transformation virus within their teams who often only expect one thing: change!

Thus, the order of things will be restored, all teams, through their ability to adapt, will build and evolve organizations.
