For the last 30 years, Xavier has dedicated his energy and his curiosity to the establishment and commercial development in Europe of disruptive Californian IT solutions in hyper-growth markets.

He has created and developed teams that are passionate about the challenge of making each new player a leader in their category. He was thus able to surf with pleasure on each major new technological wave: servers and networks (Sun Microsystems), storage (Netapp, Isilon, EMC), data management, machine learning, IoT, AI (MapR, DataStax, AI (MapR, DataStax, Collibra), and successfully support innovative companies in their profound digital transformations.

In 2002, at the beginning of nomadism, he had the opportunity to create the first French distributor specializing in high-tech accessories with more than 350 customers, and successfully sold it after four years of 3-digit annual growth.

Passionate about creating value, team motivation and the challenges of managers, Xavier decided to put his desire to support and grow others at the service of managers by joining the Visconti collective as well as the start-ups he has supported since 2016.

Xavier holds an MBA from HEC and obtained his coaching certification at Paris Dauphine University. Passionate about narrative intelligence, he is certified “Story-Powered Sales Program” by Anecdote and was a Forbes contributor on the subject of data from 2016 to 2019.

He divides his time between Paris and Drôme where he organizes seminars dedicated to the performance of managers and their teams.
