- Align strategy and execution

- Business objectives, preparing your roadmap

- What are your dreams?

- What is the purpose of the company?

- Self-awareness / sense of the business (SWOT, personality tests...)

Combine the performance of the business, the leader, and the team

- Transition from Chief EXECUTIVE Officer to Chief ENGAGEMENT Officer (adopt a leadership stance, give meaning, inspire your teams with a shared vision)

Combine the performance of the company, the leader, and their team. Shift from being a Chief Executive Officer to a Chief Engagement Officer. Empower your team with a shared vision, give meaning, and create motivation.

SECRET #3: ACHIEVING A GOOD WORK-LIFE BALANCE

- Understand others, delegate effectively to free up additional time and optimize your actions.

- Categorize your activities, using color coding to prioritize.

- Develop efficient routines to minimize effort (methodical work, task automation).

- Set up "Hard routine" with your board and anticipate potential crises to ensure all possible obstacles are handled.

SECRET #4: KNOW YOURSELF

- Goal 1: Be aware of your talents. A leader is the first engine of their business.

- Goal 2: Recognize your weaknesses. Some of your skills are not optimal. Not all engines are running at full capacity, so how can you boost these engines/skills?

- Goal 3: If a talent is missing, it is preventing you from launching your business. Find that engine in yourself or others and propel your business forward with the right talents and tools, whether human or technological..
