Tanguy Delamare has 20 years of experience in various operational and general management positions for PMI and ETI in the luxury and consumer goods sectors.

A chemical engineer, he began his career in 1990 as a product development and quality manager in the agricultural supply sector where he trained in the field in team management and project management.

At the age of 30, he joined the CODIR, as technical director and then industrial director of the ALGOFLASH group. It deploys methods to improve performance and manages industrial acquisitions (start-ups, PMI) that will accompany the strong growth in European markets for garden products.

Following the takeover in 2001 by the COMPO group (ex BASF), he took over the industrial management of COMPO's fertilizer activities for the French market.

After 12 years in agricultural supplies, he joined the luxury industry (Gien France Group) as operations director to transform and optimize the industrial organization of the Faïencerie de Gien factory, a specialist in high-end tableware.

He expanded his scope of responsibility by adding the management of the operations of a subsidiary acquired in 2007, Aquitaine Bougie Industrie (Point à la Ligne), with a site in France and the Philippines.

Then appointed General Manager of Manufacture Faïencerie de Gien in 2010, he reorganized distribution in France and internationally, expanded the brand's territory by developing industrial partnerships to diversify the offer with textile products, glasses, cutlery and developed commercial partnerships in Europe, Asia and North America.

As an entrepreneur and consultant in 2014, he created his consulting company and supported investment companies and family offices on projects to acquire French SMEs.

Now a director and partner at Visconti Partners for 7 years, he puts his expertise and experience at the service of managers and entrepreneurs whom he supports with an original Business Executive Coaching approach.
