Dealing with executive challenges: loneliness and complexity

Loneliness is one of the biggest challenges for leaders. Making strategic decisions, motivating teams, navigating the complexity of the market, all of this can be done in heavy isolation.

With over 25 years of experience in sectors such as aeronautics, automotive and luxury, I too have faced seemingly insurmountable challenges. But I have learned that no challenge is too big when you are well supported.

Based between Paris and Atlanta, I felt this solitude, especially far from my bearings. I understood the importance of surrounding myself with the right people.

As Michael Jordan said, “My coach showed me what I never imagined possible.”

It is this strength of support that I want to bring to managers. After 25 years as a manager, I trained as a coach in the United States, and I joined Visconti to hone my skills.
