Pierre has some 30 years' experience as a CEO, in international companies, where he led operational missions and major transformation programs as well n startups and scaleups at the cutting edge of digital innovation.

Pierre has developed repositioning strategies and transforming business models, such as Kadéos, the European leader of the gift card industry, which he created and managed through a build-up of the Kéring group (former Pinault Printemps Redoute) business activities.

He has redesigned key processes and put in place efficient change management support to successfully engage his teams and employees. For instance, the launching of GNX (Global Net Exchange) a marketplace used by the purchasing departments of Kéring group subsidiaries, or the creation of PPR Buyco, dedicated to indirect purchasing optimization.

Operating in international and multicultural environments, Pierre developed and coordinated Rexel's purchasing policies and negotiated international agreements with its strategic suppliers.

In 2014, he became a partner in InsideBoard AI, (Digital Success Platform), a BtoB SaaS platform which helps employees successfully adopt their business tools (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Oracle HCM, …).

Pierre is a fervent advocate of a strong, balanced governance for business success and has served on several boards of directors. He is an independent board director of SMI (Smart Home International) and of the startup Carbon Impact.

It is in line with his convictions and values that Pierre joins VISCONTI Partners to support CEOs and leaders with a pragmatic mindset for thinking and acting. It is all about questioning, discerning and creating new links to be more effective, and confronting contradictions to overcome them.

A graduate in Political Science and Philosophy, he teaches at Sciences Po and Edhec (Executive MBA) and HEIP. He is a regular speaker at the bpifrance executive university.
