Philippe has an unusual background guided by his taste for entrepreneurship, his natural leadership and his keen sense of organizational optimization.

He started his career at McDonald's where he acquired his first experience in CEO coaching, alongside the brand's franchisees.

His career then continued in industry, mainly in the packaging sector. There, he manages several entities and business units, in particular the transformation of corrugated cardboard and then plastic.

He has developed extensive experience in conducting turnarounds, restructuring, acquisitions and mergers.

Passionate about psychology, he started a certification course in Transactional Analysis a few years ago.

Finally, unable to conceive of life without surpassing himself, he practices skiing, biking, mountain biking and running on his favorite terrain, the mountains.
