French, living in Belgium for more than 15 years, Olivier Guyot brings to VISCONTI PARTNERS his leadership expertise and his skills in supporting change in organizations.

A graduate of a business school, he trained in the field by starting his career as a salesman of public works equipment at CATERPILLAR.

It is within this global leader that he will pursue his professional career for 20 years, mainly occupying positions of sales management, marketing and BU management.

In 2004, with a background in management at the IMD in Lausanne, he took over the general management of a capital goods company located in Belgium with the mission of turning it around and integrating it into the CATERPILLAR Group.

Passionate about how people work in companies, Olivier decided in 2009 to give a new direction to his career.

He is trained in coaching and follows a course in neuroscience for 1 year in order to develop his understanding of individual behavior in the transformation of organizations.

At the same time, he created his activity specializing in coaching senior executives and change management.

In 2011, VISCONTI Partners called on him to develop Belgium. Today, Olivier co-directs the development of this European firm and supports managers from all sectors and all sizes of companies (start-ups, SMEs, ETI and Large Groups).

These missions allow him to coach in Belgium, France, in the countries of Eastern Europe, in Turkey and in Qatar. He is also a regular presenter of strategic seminars at COMEX.

Finally, motivated by exchanges with managers on the challenges they encounter, he regularly organizes conferences and breakfasts bringing together business leaders around business themes.
