With an ESTP engineering degree and an Essex master in Finance. 

He has led several build-ups and disposals in France and abroad for investment funds and manufacturers in the Tech, Defense, Aerospace and New Technologies sectors.

After holding financial and operational positions at Arthur Andersen, Aérospatiale/Airbus and SFR, Jérôme joined Fullsix, an international digital marketing group which, after a growth phase, was acquired by Havas.

He then joined Nexeya, an electronics group active in the defense, aeronautics and naval sectors. Following internal and external growth, Nexeya was acquired by the Hensoldt Group, a specialist in radar and sensors listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange.

After a period of integration as CEO, Jérôme became Managing Director of one of the Group's 4 divisions.

Jérôme joins Visconti Partners to share his experience, expertise and sympathetic ear, and to support managers, boards and executives in their quest for excellence and value creation.

Jérôme is also a direct or indirect investor in funds or as a business angel, but also wishes to give back, by investing as a director and donor of Acteur de mon Avenir, a foundation of the Institut de France aimed at helping young people find their way.
