Jean-Pascal Mermet began his career in construction for large groups before quickly joining the industry.

He has held management and “business developer” positions at the national and international level for SMEs and ETIs, where he was able to create value by focusing on innovation and the evolution of teams.

As CEO of TenCate Geosynthetics France for 12 years, he enabled the company, a European leader in geosynthetics, to grow sustainably, by developing new markets and by transforming corporate culture for greater performance and agility.

He also served on the European COMEX as EMEA Sales & Marketing Director, where he implemented winning strategies in an international and multicultural environment. His leadership has promoted increased profitability in a context of LBO, with first-class management.

In 2020, appointed CEO of AquaVia, a fast-growing eco-industrial start-up, he successfully led the company, managing the P&L and supporting the teams in their evolution.

Today a partner at VISCONTI, Jean-Pascal is dedicated to support for managers, drawing on his rich experience and his own coaching background.

It helps leaders unleash their potential, overcome their challenges, while strengthening engagement and innovation within teams.

Jean-Pascal holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC and an engineering degree from Polytech Lille.
