Since September 2020, Jean-François Ferret has actively supported the development of companies as an Executive Business Coach and Senior Advisor.

Passionate about supporting managers, whether they are from startups or large groups, he joined the Visconti Partners collective in September 2021.

Jean-François Ferret has professional experience in many sectors including the luxury hotel industry, to which he has devoted the last ten years. He was CEO of the French association Relais & Châteaux and more recently held the position of CEO of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) in London.

During his tenure in both organizations, he repositioned brands, carried out digital transformations, and deployed successful growth strategies.

Before that, he was CEO of Hertz France and before that, CEO and then President of Manpower France.

During his 35 years of experience, including 20 in General Management positions, he has also held the positions of Senior Vice President of Thomas Cook Europe, CEO of Thomas Cook France and Deputy CEO of American Express Travel (France) and Deputy CEO of American Express Travel (France).

A graduate of ESSEC, Jean-François Ferret is passionate about new technologies and multicultural management. He is fluent in French, English, and German and has also studied Russian and Japanese. In addition to traveling to meet the various cultures of the world, he plays the cello and is interested in painting and art history.
