A globetrotter at heart, Henry has a solid international experience of more than 30 years, having spent most of his career as a manager in major international groups (General Electric and Goodyear) in the United States, Latin America and across Europe.
Passionate about managing multicultural teams, he has developed and implemented strategic plans in a dozen different international markets, involving major challenges of restructuring and reorganization, large-scale commercial transformation and successful launches of innovative products.
After managing a Benelux subsidiary of GE Capital from 2000 to 2002, he was entrusted with the general management of Goodyear subsidiaries in Spain/Portugal, France and Brazil before taking over the Deputy CEO of Goodyear EMEA in 2018.
More recently, Henry was CEO Europe of Zep Inc., a leading group in industrial cleaning and maintenance products and services.
With a natural ability to lead complex P&Ls and organizations, Henry decided to put this experience to the benefit of business leaders of all sizes who wish to invest in human excellence, by supporting them in the creation of winning, solid and cohesive management teams.
For him, the humility, courage and curiosity of the leader are the values essential to the lasting success of an organization.
A lawyer by training, Henry holds an MBA from IESE in Barcelona, complemented by a leadership degree from Harvard University.
Passionate about travel, he speaks French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch fluently.
