A multi-entrepreneur, accustomed to rapidly changing environments, he founded and managed Cofam Energy, a leading French photovoltaic start-up between 2008 and 2015.

Frédéric has been in charge of business management for more than 25 years, directly or on behalf of third parties, in the sectors of Energy, Construction and Public Works, Road Transport, Digital Services, E-Commerce, IoT, IOT, Software Publishing, Retail.

He sometimes acts as interim manager. In this context, he is an expert in change management, HR and social performance that he mobilizes to increase the value of companies.

Frédéric assists SMEs, their shareholders on the one hand, funds or natural persons, and managers on the other hand, when a complex human or organizational situation arises, or in the context of the prevention and management of companies in difficulty.

Frédéric is one of the few actors capable of assuming the social mandates of companies in insolvency proceedings to enable the rescue of jobs or strategic assets.
