Coming from a business school, Benoît has worked in various sectors of activity, in large-scale distribution, banking and organizational consulting, with marketing and commercial development skills. Then he spent 16 years at Eiffage where he alternated operational and support functions.
Close to the field, he has demonstrated his ability to adapt in complex environments due to cultural differences and varied economic challenges. He has carried out numerous acquisitions, in France and abroad. He managed restructuring and developed international activities.
Convinced that people remain the main driver of any organization, he implemented new management practices by taking over the departments of Internal Audit and Risk, then of the International Department of the Eiffage Group.
He likes to bring out the best in everyone, through trust, openness and enthusiasm, and thus unleash their potential, in the service of the company's performance.
Benoît supports managers in their problems, by facilitating decision-making and by channeling talent.
