Having graduated from HEC Paris and INSEAD business schools, Xavier initially trained as a geneticist (MSc) and is a qualified agricultural engineer.
He is an innovative and international business leader with a strong technological background, strongly committed to his companies and more generally to the civil society.

With his background as a company director and an NGO leader, along with passions for sailing and playing rugby, his career path reflects his personality :
guiding teams and crews towards performance, through the optimal alignment of each individual’s personal and professional values and talents to service the company and its projects.
