One of the primary objectives of our business is to develop the value of the companies of the executives we support. Therefore, we are looking for partners who have a business-oriented mindset.

 

  • Soft skills

We are looking for partners who are friendly, empathetic, assertive, ambitious, helpful, lively and self-reliant. And all with a great sense of teamwork.

 

  • Entrepreneurial spirit

The partners who join VISCONTI are developing their business as entrepreneurs would do but within the framework of the VISCONTI partners spirit.

 

  • Leadership experience

We are looking for partners who have led companies or organizations with at least 50 people. We give preference to candidates who have worked in different companies and industries.

THE CO-OPTING PROCESS

VISCONTI continuously coopts new partners.

 

Once we have received your application, you will be invited to meet a VISCONTI partner or to attend to one of our breakfast meetings for a mutual introduction .

 

These meetings are held at 9 avenue Marceau in Paris.

 

At the end of this first meeting, if we are mutually willing to work together, the co-optation process begins:

 

  • We will provide you with a detailed document on VISCONTI and the executive coaching job, to enable you to feed your thoughts
  • We then organize with you a minimum of three more interviews with other senior VISCONTI partners
