Jean-Olivier Schneider, Our Partner

After growing up in Burgundy, Jean-Olivier has lived in London, Paris and The Hague. Married to a Dutch woman and the father of 3 trilingual children, he values multicultural environments and a diversity of opinions.

His career has been marked by several experiences as a CEO in SMEs and by an 8-year period in operational consulting, where he managed major transformation projects in France and abroad.

Attached to fundamental values, he built a jam factory, planted 30 hectares of orchards and managed a wine estate, all organically farmed, always in humble respect for nature and biodiversity. 

For 9 years the CEO of a 50-strong ultrasonic flowmeters manufacturer, he is convinced that ambition must be driven by strong values and that the first role of a leader is to create meaning and enthusiasm as enablers to any great human adventure.

Jean-Olivier has a degree in physics from London University and an MBA from HEC Paris. 

As a trustee of a charitable foundation and co-chairman of the family group founded by his father, sharing and passing on are part of his DNA.

In his role as VISCONTI Partner, he puts his great listening skills at the service of other business leaders to help them in their quest for excellence, both for their companies and for themselves.
