The business leader called on a VISCONTI executive coach to develop his international organisation by setting up a toy trading company in Hong Kong. The aim of this approach was to meet the demand from distributor customers and create them an access outside Europe.


This accompaniment enabled him to reflect on the initial need, format and activities of the company to be created. Accompanied by a VISCONTI executive coach, he worked on the elaboration of a detailed business plan, the execution of a call for tenders related to strategic partners (lawyers, banks, chartered accountants) and the execution of the business plan.


One year after its launch, the company generated sales of €5.5 million, for a largely positive margin.
