Jean-François Ferret, Our Partner

Since September 2020, Jean-François Ferret has performed as an Executive Business Coach and Senior Advisor.

Passionate about coaching leaders (from startups to large groups), he joined Visconti Partners in September 2021.

Jean-François Ferret has an extensive professional background in a number of industries including luxury hospitality where he dedicated the past ten years. He was the CEO of the Paris based, French association Relais & Châteaux and more recently held the position of CEO at Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) in London.

During his tenure at both organizations, he repositioned the brands, monitored their digital transformations and rolled out performing growth strategies.

Before that, he was the Managing Director of Hertz France and prior to that the Managing Director and President of Manpower France. 

During his 30 years of experience, of which 20 as CEO or Managing Director,  he also held positions as Senior Vice President of Thomas Cook Europe, Managing Director of Thomas Cook France and Deputy Managing Director of American Express Travel (France).

A graduate of ESSEC, one of the leading business schools in France, Ferret is passionate about new technologies and multicultural management. He is fluent in French, English and German and has also studied Russian and Japanese. Besides traveling and discovering various cultures around the globe, he plays the cello and is a keen supporter of the arts.
