An engineer, passionate about individuals, François has managed European and global business units for major groups for over 20 years and was also CEO of an SME in an LBO. Familiar with managing multicultural and complex environments, he has led several profound transformations to success.
In a world undergoing major changes, François likes to support and challenge the manager from different angles: strategy, customer satisfaction, leadership, organization, and corporate culture… to lead them towards more cohesiveness and equanimity.
As a member of the EVH management association « Vers une Entreprise Vivante…» (Towards a Living Company), he shares the conviction that management through Trust combined with High Standards is the prerequisite for all economic and human growth.
Engineer, holder of an MBA, François is also a certified coach. He has lived and worked in England, the USA, Belgium and has been highly exposed to Asian countries.
Francois recharges his batteries by participating in offshore sailing races.
