Olivier Guyot, Our Partner

A Frenchman living in Belgium for nearly 10 years, Olivier Guyot brings to VISCONTI his expertise in business management and his skills in supporting change in organizations.

A graduate of IEA Paris, he trained on the job, starting his career as a CATERPILLAR public works equipment salesman. It was within this world leader that he spent 20 years working as a sales and marketing manager for the company.

In 2004, strengthened by his management training at the IMD of Lausanne, he took over the general management of a capital goods company located in Belgium with the mission of turning it around and integrating it into an international Group.

Passionate about the workings of individuals and organizations, Olivier decided in 2009 to give a new direction to his career. He trained in coaching and followed a course on change management at the VLERICK Management School in Ghent. He then created his own company specialized in coaching executives and change management in organizations, working with SMEs and large groups.
