With a strong background of entrepreneur and managing director, Jean-Paul joined the team of Visconti partners with the aim of supporting the executives to succeed in their challenges. Could be at their on-boarding, their day to day, or during key moments for their company.
Starting its career at Airbus and Safran, Jean-Paul hold several positions with operational responsibilities. He develops innovating processes, manages manufacturing departments, and lead an offset transfer in Australia for Alstom.
Entrepreneur, he founds in 2003 its own company to supply electrical wiring and cabinets for OEMs of the railway, aerospace and defense fields. He leads opening of 2 production sites in Tunisia.
In 2011, Sonaca group calls him as CEO, for a turnaround of its Brazilian subsidiaries passing through big difficulties. At their head during 10 years, he develops the business and the people, installing a culture of collaboration, results oriented, to serve customers in Brazil, USA and Europe. Particularly he leads the opening of a local design office and a spin-off dedicated to “Turn Key” tooling equipment.
Jean Paul has a deep knowledge of business environment in Brazil, fluent in English and Portuguese. He is operating in France and in Brazil.
Having grown up in Rugby culture, he attaches great importance to the development of the team spirit.
