Alain Wiedmer, Our Partner

As a leader for over 20 years, I have seen our work environment undergo accelerated change that requires a new managerial approach.

I have been won over by Visconti’s vision of the CEO-Coach, who knows how to successfully and compassionately face the challenges of her position, to achieve her ambitions.

An engineer by training, Alain began his career in sales at Digital Equipment Corporation in Geneva.

He then moved to sales management positions for IT companies between Paris and London, where he built trusted partnerships with the largest blue chips in Europe.

After 15 years, Alain started up US Robotics Systems in France and then spent 20 years managing, from Lausanne, multinational companies active on 3 continents, with revenues ranging from $10m to $350m.

Passionate about building growth, motivating teams from all cultures, and the transmission of knowledge, Alain has been involved in numerous projects of young companies in the Lake Geneva region and in France.

Alain is also active in non-profit organizations to promote intergenerational collaboration, give young people a chance and develop collective intelligence.

Alain holds a Master’s degree from the Ecole Centrale de Paris. He is Swiss and French binational.
