Management is by nature cyclical: moving to a new position, running the show and then moving on.

From the moment they leave their previous position until on-boarding to the new role.

  • Self-knowledge. Arbitrating between possible career paths
  • Identifying and assessing potential projects, with parameters such as salary or entrepreneurship
  • And, of course, on-boarding into the new role, ramping up capabilities to adapt to future responsibilities.
