During the first months, we jointly work on several fronts:

Then, as time goes by, we support the implementation of strategic projects, while still managing, again and again, day-to-day challenges and opportunities.


We continue to develop the executive’s skills.


Our full satisfaction comes usually after 24 months of individual coaching, when:


  • Everything is on path and  running smoothly
  • Strategy and business are aligned, motivation and engagement of key people is high
  • The executive has found a proper work/life balance and is looking forward with renewed enthusiasm


 That is when we usually pause or stop the coaching.
