We continue to develop the executive’s skills.
Our full satisfaction comes usually after 24 months of individual coaching, when:
- Everything is on path and running smoothly
- Strategy and business are aligned, motivation and engagement of key people is high
- The executive has found a proper work/life balance and is looking forward with renewed enthusiasm
That is when we usually pause or stop the coaching.
