To strengthen the skills gleaned from their professional experience and develop their skills in this new trade that is coaching, executive coaches that join VISCONTI follow:
Half day one-on-one pre-training
Initial intensive group training deployed over 5 weeks with the VISCONTI School of Coaching, by Managing Partner and outside speakers
Compulsory ongoing training throughout the year via monthly Team Days (one day per month)
Two annual seminars (Summer and Winter)
The initial training is particularly important insofar as it allows the future executive coach to learn his/her new trade.
On average, training consists of 50% theory and 50% practical cases, role play and exchanges.
This initial training is accompanied by lectures and concrete actions to be carried out between each module.
