A personalised support

We provide support to business leaders regardless their company sizes and structures. Our methodology adapts to the business leader’s personal trajectory: from taking up a position, on the job and evolving toward another position, the challenges being different, our approach changes accordingly.

VISCONTI program offers mainly an individual-oriented accompaniment approach. However, mixed approaches, combining both individual and collective accompaniment are part of VISCONTI processes, especially in the case of seminars and multinational-oriented programs.

VISCONTI executive coach behaves with his/her client as does a sports coach with a top athlete; he/she calls on his/her experience and gently challenges the leader on his profession, pushes/encourages him/her to ask good questions and brings answers in a peer-to-peer relationship.

VISCONTI executive coach, former CEO, brings to the business leader his/her experience but also all the good practices and methodologies that VISCONTI has fine-tuned. Beyond support, the executive coach and his/her client work together on the operational, if required. If so they will coproduce documents, action plans and even leads team meetings, as the need arises.

The business leader may need an update on specific subjects. The executive coach may have to assume the role of trainer to ensure that the business leader swiftly and fully acquires the expertise he needs to acquire.

A must for the business leader?

Eric Schmidt, CEO of GOOGLE from 2001 to 2011, explains how advantageous it is for a business leader to have a sparring partner. Getting support from a sparring partner is “the most valuable advice” that they could receive in their professional lives.
