Following this meeting, if we are ready to work together (we appreciate your profile and you find our model interesting), the co-option process gets underway, comprising at least these 3 following stages:

  • In-depth interview with a recruitment manager
  • Assessment interview with an executive coach
  • Interview with a Managing Partner

 

The coach candidate’s motivation, ability to challenge leaders together with adhesion to our values and the VISCONTI model are all essential criteria that we systematically verify.
